ؕQatar Reports Successful 2025–2026 Winter Camping Season with Strong Environmental Compliance
Qatar has reported a highly successful 2025–2026 winter camping season, with thousands of camps registered across the country and a strong commitment to environmental rules. Officials said the season saw smooth organization, better digital registration, and a high level of public participation, showing the growing popularity of winter camping in the country.
The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change confirmed that more than 2,800 camps were registered during the season, while inspection teams and environmental patrols closely monitored camping sites to ensure safety and cleanliness. Campers were asked to follow strict guidelines such as avoiding waste, protecting wildlife, and staying within approved camping areas.
